my happiness

Everyone has their certain thing that no matter what makes them smile, and that's what my blog is allllllllll about! It's about finding what makes you truly and completely happy.

For me... it's dance.

I started dancing when I was about three and it's been the most exciting and rewarding 15, almost 16, years! When I think about happiness I realize: You can't buy it, You can't force it, and You really shouldn't search for it. You need to let it find you. Happiness is like an old shirt tucked away in your closet: You forget it's there but when you do you spring cleaning you find it and it's like a brand new love. 

Happiness it's something terrific and special. Once you have happiness nothing else in the world matters.

When I dance I feel free and I feel myself. It's like I'm flying, a totally mood lifting experience. For some people it's soccer, basketball, knitting, blogging...whatever. It's whatever makes you happy.

So I have a proposition for you bloggers: What makes you happy?

Living in a tiny town, all you ever really hear is country, country, country!

Well I absolutely love it! It's what I was raised up on and it is what makes me feel good at the end of a long hard day. So if you ever need a "pick-me-up" and don't have chocolate on hand, grab your laptop or radio and listen to some good ol' country! :)

This post is dedicated to my wonderful boyfriend...

 

Our 4 month anniversary recently passed, and I'm so happy to say that these have been the best 4 months of my life! I'm so lucky to have him. He is such a wonderful person and he's so supportive!

Whenever I'm with him he makes me laugh constantly, and there is always a smile on my face.

Thank you babe for everything you do :)
